It's used when there is a baby born out of wedlock, so yes it's very common in the UK, for example.
Trying to imagine a 40 year old bald-headed bloke from the boozer saying "baby mama".

Also the accent...imagine just reading it online and imagining how it sounds...
Perhaps a west country accent?
And what is wrong with a West Country accent???

Do you think the term is offensive?Anyone using the term should be removed from society with severe force.
It sounds ridiculous when someone with that accent says "party poppers"And what is wrong with a West Country accent???
Yes it is. The civic status of the parents is their business and should not be the basis of verbal abuse toward their child.Do you think the term is offensive?
I dont see the point of subbing him at HTI'd drop him for 1 / 2 games, tell him he's been up and down all season and he needs to focus. He's been better recently but he really needs to improve his concentration, focus and professionalism. This season it always seems to be 1 step forward 2 steps back with him.
would certainly not drop him. Deal with it inhouse and don't give the media any more amo and let it go away & they can move onto to their next victimI'd drop him for 1 / 2 games, tell him he's been up and down all season and he needs to focus. Which bit?I'm quite enjoying the baby mama discussion.
