I'd hate to be a goalkeeper, a mistake from a goalkeeper is likely to cost a goal, a striker misses 2 chances and the team don't concede, a midfielder misplaces a pass same outcome, a defender makes a mistake he still has the other defenders or goalkeeper to help save him. True. In fact, you could have three outfield players and the goalie all making mistakes that lead to a goal, but more often than not it will be the keeper that is blamed.
