I think we should cash in on him in the summer whilst he’s still England’s number 1, he makes me nervous when balls come into the box, he doesn’t command his area he just causes confusion. I honestly think he’s a liability we can do without.

I'm by no means his biggest fan but can't believe some of the stuff i'm seeing in here. He's been pretty decent for more than 12 months now, he's certainly not perfect but he's one of a handful of players in the squad who are above average in their position.

That’s just not how it works though. Him having done well for us and an elite club being willing to spend £50m on him are absolutely not the same thing.

It’s takes a keeper to move to start the progression of keepers moving. I’d say Newcastle will look to buy a keeper they will probably get Johnstone or Henderson from Man Utd, West Ham have fabianski who’s 37 that will probably retire the other keeper is only on loan and isn’t the best, then you’ve got other teams coming up to the premiership. I’d say there will be a lot of movement come end of the season with keepers. But it’s a case of. Be Careful what you wish for. I don’t like the hate he’s getting, I’m a fan and he’s turned a lot round in the last 12-14 months.

Would love to find a way to get Areola up here. Same amount of mistakes as Pickford but twice the shot stopping.
