ye in an ideal world he pushes it past the post but the players pushed it right where pickfords probably took a step left then fired it across goal. He’s made a save not the best but the defenders have done him no favours first off stopping the shot then second ball.

Far too often when he parries a shot it goes back into an area for the opposition to have a second shot at goal, with Pickford having to get back on his feet. We're only 2 home games into the season and he had 3 bad errors that we were lucky we didn't get punished for against Chelsea. Yesterday he didn't cover himself in glory for the goal but the defense should be more alert especially since Pickford has a habit of parrying the ball back into dangerous areas.

Its not our number one priority, but we need to get a replacement for this joker or we'll pay for it big time in the long run.

Well after vital saves last season I’m glad we had him in. Think joker is a bit harsh hardest position to play on the pitch and the easiest to criticise as a mistake usually leads to goals. Looking through the list of keepers in the league I’d say he’s in the top 10 keepers so as you mention he’s the least of our worries.

Seems keepers no longer try and grab the ball. Watched the Spurs game beforehand and both the goalies in that game parrying the ball out.
I'm sure Lee Dixon got a hard on with Pickford's effort though.
