2022/23 Jordan Pickford

The problem with Pickford and I’ve said this for years is that he makes a save during a game which everyone goes ‘wow that was a good save’, yet during the same game he usually does something stupid, we concede a goal but everyone forgets about it because of the good save he made earlier. It’s happened more times than I can remember.

I like Pickford but let’s have it right, there are better keepers out there who get less credit because they aren’t England’s number one.

That goal against Liverpool was shameful from Jordan. He runs out, leaves his goal open, and misjudged the pass. All leading to an easy goal. The amount of goals he has cost us is criminal. He wants out, my only problem is that he wasn’t sold in January. He is a poor, poor keeper.

I’ve seen some attempt to blame the fans on here for poisoning Everton and contributing greatly to their demise by the arrogant toxicity they infect the players with, and I‘m not sure I can agree with that, but when you see the hyenas circling one of our own good players and one who helped keep Everton in the top flight last year It does make one wonder if those who do blame the fans may have a point.

Dear fine Evertonians of GOT it is our duty to show no mercy to these posters, they truly are the real enemies of Everton, and some call them worse than kopites and a treasonous poison we must cut out if we are to move forward. A little harsh in my opinion but I’m not one to judge.
Fence sitting and aggravating all in one post, nicely done.

It does wind me up though when he makes an attempt to throw the ball to set us up for a counter attack and then keeps hold of the ball when we are a goal down. It does boil my piss that like.

I can think of lots about Everton which annoy me ;what you are highlighting as annoying or the Radiostar described as worthy of hate are both ridiculous. We have far greater things to woŕry about.

I'm very much of this view.

Shocked and appalled by some of the personal abuse directed at Jordan... from our own fans!

He has saved our backsides on countless occasions and single-handedly kept us up last season.
