Great news. He’s largely been great for us and even if we have to sell in the summer at least we’ll get a proper fee for him. Let’s hope he can help keep us up so it doesn’t come to that

I have a feeling he will be off in the summer, regardless of what happens to us, I think Tottenham will be in the market for a keeper, maybe Man utd too and we have not sorted his contract, it expires summer 2024, so we either need to sign him into an extension or sell in the summer.

Would cost him money. If he helps save this dumpster fire of a squad from the drop again this season, he can add the pressure cooker of surviving two serious relegation scraps on his CV. That would be a benefit for a club looking for a keeper.
