I'm a 47 year old married man with a kid and job that takes ~60 hours week. I have better things to do than run fan clubs to be honest with you.
You should think about running an EFC fan club the hard work wouldn't go unappreciated....

Turning down 45m would be shocking. Hell turning down 30m would be bad. If these are the types of numbers in play he should be sold to the highest bid we can get.
