He's a long way from our biggest problem but some people have a real blind spot with him I think. He's been ok so far as I'm concerned, nothing more nothing less. Hes young and I think he'll improve a lot, but he needs to to be honest.

I actually think he's well dodgy, but credit where it's due he had the penalty covered. Made a couple of good claims too.

Just my opinion, think he's been dodgy for us so far.

Not great today, erratic. Claimed a few balls into the box at the end commandingly, but could have cost us in the first half with a needless dash out of his goal and gave away the penalty with a rash challenge. Will have better games.

Think he's suffering a bit with not having a stable defence in front of him (and some gash players a lot of the time too). Imagine having to play in nets with Williams and Martina in front of you. Not his best game today, but still fairly solid.

His kicking under pressure and his decision making is sometimes a bit sketchy, but makes key saves and has great reactions.

His weaknesses will be sorted with time and experience, and I reckon his attitude is first class.

I thought his kicking under pressure was excellent today to be honest.

Yeah, badly phrased by me - kicking fine today, but in previous games I think it’s been pretty sketchy.

Agreed. I’m a big fan, think he’ll be ace for us long term, but has bits and pieces he needs to sort out. Confident he will do.

He has been mate.

I refuse to accept that its just coincidence that we have a worst goals against record in decades since he's come in the side.

No matter how good you are as a keeper. If your D is dreadful it impacts your decision making. He likely has zero faith in his D and that makes it impossible as a keeper

When Joel gave away a similar penalty he was crucified even though he'd kept more clean sheets than Pickford.
