Pickford.......is a good promising keeper who still has a lot to learn & is far from the finished product.....

So even tho Pickford had allowed more goals in this year than Robles did last year, it's said "can't use stats for that position". Then you say 'well he also palms the ball in to bad areas along with other issues' and the prevailing response is 'if you can't see he's class you must be on a wind up'.
What then, exactly, IS the criteria for how to gauge a keeper if you can't use stats and using your own opinion on matches it's meet with scorn?

Pickford is not all that. As they say in the USA, he is getting a pass at the moment. Far too many cock-ups.
