I'd rather our goalie make one individual error more over a season or two but concede 40+ less goals and have more clean sheets, but yano.

So it's just the goalie that determines goals conceded over the course of a season?

Put me in goal for an under 7s side and I’ll keep a clean sheet all season. Put me in the prem and I’ll concede double figures. This Everton team and the Sunderland one Pickford played for are comfortably, comfortably worse than any side Robles featured in. You can’t compare them based on those stats.

Everton with Robles in it were better than Everton with Pickford in it. That's what I'm saying and nothing Pickford has done since he's joined has made me change my mind.

Pickfords kicking has been diabolical since forever and he parries everything into the centre of the box. If you can't see how that puts us under pressure 24/7 then I don't know what will.

His record speaks for itself. Abysmal.

When your goalie concedes a goal per game minimum, averaging over 2 per game in his career, I'd at least partially blame the goalie.

If you think Pickford is to blame for goals conceded this year you need to give your head a wobble, especially since you can't provide any examples.

Good shot stopper, not so sure about his ability to clear danger and has let all the talk about his passing ability goto his head. Needs to start getting the ball out of the danger area instead of keeping it in the danger zone for the second ball.

However He's the least of our problems.
