Combining an Everton career with an England one rarely lasts very long, one way or the other......Lineker, Steven, Stevens, Brace, Watson, Keown, Jeffers, Rooney, Osman, Snodin, Lescott, Baines, Jags, Ball, Rhino, Hinchliffe, Barkley, Cottee - be loads more I know.

I'm not trying to be rude, but that is the dumbest post we've ever had on here. Plenty of players have come from crap clubs and excelled at international and league level. You really ought to be looking at the quality of the player, not the club they started in.
For all we call Horrenderson, he's just played in the European Championship Final and is a regular England player. Some managers think he's good enough, even if we despise him for being RS.
And you're just plain wrong about Pickford. He'll challenge Nigel Martin as our second best goalie of all time. No-one will ever come near Big Nev.
