No but you are .
How are you today @BarryThompson1
Good weekend all round
Everton got a good point at the weekend
arsenal ,West Ham ,Leicester all dropped points
the red scum got their arses well and truly reamed at home on Sunday by the soon to be champions (making it 3 out of 4 titles ) and that plonker Alisson got cold feet and dropped Karius levels of clangers
So all in all a good weekend
I 4-1 enjoyed it

That is childish, true and made for a brilliant weekend!

out of interest I looked up why that’s even a rule and the reason is this (it’s from Wikipedia which in itself isn’t exactly solid like).

“Such a player is said to be cup-tied, i.e. tied to their original club for the duration of the cup tournament. ... The rule is intended to prevent teams which progress in the competition buying talented players from teams which have already been eliminated, in an attempt to increase their chances of winning.”

here’s me thinking there was some ridiculous reason they couldn't be played, glad that cleared it up and set the record straight
lol lol lol That’s funny, that’s what the winger transfer window is for, you can buy foreign players and increase your chances of winning too...

Maybe the same rule should be applied in the league. Would stop the bigger clubs plundering lesser sides from the same division during a season and would possibly lead to Premier League clubs buying form the lower leagues. On the other hand PL clubs might just buy overseas players instead.
Is bigger clubs plundering lesser sides during the season a big problem? I'm not sure it is.

In fact I'm struggling to recall any significant plundering during the last few seasons.

But don’t even think about pillaging the stronger teams in the league. You know how the weaker teams in the Prem love to bully City into selling them their top players so they can beat City at their own game. Happens every year, I’m sick of it! :D
