I feel sorry for the guy, not because he isn’t getting a game but because we brought him in. I believe if he was showing enough in training he would be getting his chance. I don’t believe there is a manager who watches a player doing well in training and then not play him. Carlo obviously doesn’t rate him highly enough to start him. Begs the question “why did we take him”?

I still maintain this is a weird way to go about it. Richarlison has been pretty terrible for about 75% of the year but he is a guaranteed starter for some reason. If they don't show "it" during a match week after week why does it matter what they do in training? James is injured so Iwobi is the backup?? How does a player we KNOW is crap make sense?
But he's on our bench?
