The other option is signing a player who can play out wide as well as up front. A bit like Richarlison.

That's what we need that way they will still get games regardless and provide back up for Dom and Richy. This doesn't look likely now but if we match Parma's bid it will be down to the player. We must have had encouragement to bid?

The fact that we managed to get a top class player who was still under contract on a free is the exact opposite of overpaying.

Playing every week should be more important to a young player than coming to a club that will give him fewer starts and aren't even guaranteed to end up signing him after the loan spell expires... thus potentially resulting in a wasted loan spell/few months. At Parma at least he is guaranteed regular game time... at Everton he's not guaranteed of anything.

He deffo needs to play like, but I think he would play here. Hed learn more playing for Everton than he would in serie b mate

According the Romano, Bayern also had some say in who they wanted to do business with as the player was happy to go to either club. How true that is I don’t know.

Yer true that, however the way DCL has been playing of late I think he needs some competition. He knows regardless of how plays when fit he starts.

I don't blame zirkzee for going Parma btw I just think it was the easier route to take.
