If Jose decided to keep Mata based on "personal feeling" from the fans, I'll be mad at him. Pogba is no8 so either Pogba comes or no I don't think it has something to do with us keeping Mata or selling Mata like I said before if you are offering Mata a good or fair deal, he will be yours. £26m-£30m will be good to me since it will pay off the money we spent on Mkhitaryan but it seems most of our fans wanted around £30m.
