If the Commonwealth games came here, it would be funded from the nations coffers. Not really sure of your argument there regarding individual cities. Why would Everton have to fund a new stadium for the Commonwealth games? The taxpayer would be funding. Whatever,it doesn't matter. We're Everton look at are list of firsts with regards to stadiums and inovations I love that fact ...that's me personally mate.
I know we're your coming from but I just would hate us to become another West Ham and have a handout .
I hope we do it the Everton way and build something new and innovative and do it with are clubs money boards money fans money.
