omg, just read what mourinho did to him in the charity shield game. Anyone else hear about this? He put him on, then subbed him before game was over... he should leave, and come to us!

The odds on him coming to EFC have been slashed, West Ham are second favourites. It has all been sparked by the substitution yesterday, pretty clear message from Maureen so Mata will surely be gone, hope it's us but there's no substance (as far as I can tell), beyond the bookies.

You reckon Jose did it to send a covert message to Everton? Or could it have been tactical, like say in an attempt to add physical prescence?

mentioned it a few weeks ago, We were interested, Mata was showing interest with us.
Nothing other than that though...and nothing since.
Won't stop me being excited though until it's dead in the water.
