Well this looks nearly a done deal, which is a shame, Kaka doesnt want to go at all, hes not a player whos interested in money, besides hes made enough for himself and his family to last 10 lifetimes. City really think that by throwing money at him its going to make him happy, which is a shame really.
It makes me sad to see such a footballing talent treated in this way, hes not going to be happy at City, so he isnt going to give 100%, his heart wont be in it. They can buy as many superstars as they like, but team spirt will sadly be lacking, i can see the superstars being up for a game against Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, but i cant see them even bothering against Stoke in March with rain and wind blowing around.
How on earth can Kaka play football with a £100m price tag hanging round his neck, its going to destroy him, Money buys you short term success, what happens the next time they sign a player? A top drawer player and only offer him £100k a week, hes going to want the same money as Kaka and what about Robinho? Hes going to want a payrise, not to mention the rest of Citys awful squad.
It might be all smiles at first, but greed will destroy the club from the inside, they have gone for a quick fix and it wont work, even Chelsea started off slow, its what its all about, you cant throw in World Class players with a bunch of utter [Poor language removed], it wont work. I hope and pray they get relegated, because im sure Kaka will want a relagtion release clause in his contract, thats what i want, City to go down and you can bet that the other clubs within the Premiership want this also, everybody will want to beat them and will try extra hard to make it happen.
I have a dream.
