What are you talking about? Bill Kenwright is the chairman of the club and responsible for the day to day running of it. Moshiri is the owner who lives in Monaco, we're not even his biggest concern.

The chairman isn’t responsible for day to day running. Chief exectutive does that.
Chairman sits in board room and people report about how it going. It’s completely a powerless role with moshiri really making decisions.
Kenwright is basically in position that give him a nice seat at goodison and allows him to swan around in the background still
