You don't see him in training every day.

He may lack in other areas but Moyes knows how to get the best out of players. Period.

I think so. But some players fall by the wayside, a lot of our strikers for example, I'm not always so sure he does get the best out of them. Overall he does a good job like, but I wouldn't say he's perfect. But who is.

I get what you mean, but continuing your analogy. What if you had just gotten a graded assignment back, and even though you didn't do very well on the test you got the best score in your class. Wouldn't it be a bit strange if the headmaster singled you out and told you to shape up, right after you've just done very well (but not as well as you could have)?
 

I'm sure I saw a Mourinho quote a few years ago that well over 50% of his public statements were primarily for the attention of his team.

These actual quotes I suppose time will tell whether it's the right tactic or not, it's undeniable some players need a boot up the behind and others an arm round the shoulder. The best managers know when you use which tactic with which player so although I'm not convinced on the comments lets see who Mirallas responds .

I'd love to see Moyes kite if Kenwright had come out in the paper and said all kinds of draws weren't quite what we're looking for at Everton when we where throwing leads away every week.

I bet it'd be a different reaction than the one he's looking for off Kev.

I'd love to see Kenwright's reaction if Moyes came out and said having **** all money to spend isn't quite what we're looking for as we need to improve the squad.

Nor have I, And if you take his shiit for a decade you probably can do as long as in public you tell all his naysayers he's the best boss in the world and you woyuldn't swap him for anyone.

My question was how would Moyes react if someone said the same to him.

You tried, and failed, to answer my question with another.
