I used to go and watch PAOK when I lived over there. The experience was boss but the football standard was a bit crap so you might have a point there. Weren't Olympiacos in the Champions League this year? That would be a better indicator of how he managed in them games.

that was a good idea chico, i just looked through their champions league results and he didn't score a single goal in the groups last year.they were eliminated to europa league, i haven't checked stats there yet.

EDIT: he never scored in the europa league either david fuster seemed to knock a few in for them though.

From what I can see, at a quick glance, he scored 1 goal in Europe.

Some lid called David Fuster scored most of their European goals.

Tar mate. Next thing would be how he rated compared to his team mates in those games as I have no idea how they done. It's also worth noting that Olympiacos as the Man Utd of the Greek League so he'll be playing with the best players against usually inferior opposition.

I'm not being purposely negative or writing him off, but if he does come then he's gonna need time and expectations need to be tempered a wee bit. We've got far better full backs in our league. He's done alright internationally I think so that bodes well.

His ability worries me for a different reason mate. It's not that he's too good for us, but with the clubs he's being linked to, he might think he is.

Adjustment is definitely a big issue but I'd be happy to sign him not actually for his goals, but for his ability on the ball. He's skilful and fairly pacey. We lack that.

Mate no disrespect but anyone with half a brain can search Mirallas on tweeter and read through the hype to see that he's with the international squad so nothing will happen today and he's been all over Arsenal previously. So with the RVP saga moving to an end and our "bid" being made very public, you put 2+2 together and get the Arsenal deal.

Everton are a ****in massive club all over Europe. Only a small portion of our younger fans seem to think our name carries no weight. People may scoff, but look at the players we've had in recent times. Nevermind Wayne Rooney, who all of Europe knows is an Evertonian, but going back further we've had Gary Lineker, Paul Gascoigne, David Ginola to name just a few. We've won plenty of titles as coaches and players all across Europe know. Our 4-4 against Man Utd would have been broadcast all around the World and Europe. Just because the English media have tried to make us seem a smaller club than we are in recent times, doesn't mean this won't change in times to come.

Look how Daniel Pranjic talked about the club and even our manager. Saying things like he's absolutely delighted that a club of Everton's stature want him. Beating Arsenal to a player's signature is hardly like Halifax beating Arsenal to a player's signature. We are a cooler club than some of you seem to think. Arsenal may have been sniffing around but it's clear we've made him feel wanted. Believe in DAVIDMOYES and stop panicking.

Mirallas will sign and I'm sick of seeing posters acting like Everton are not the Everton I know them to be.
