This last few months apart, they are pushing no more than we are and have been.

We are still in the same Euro competition they are in.

Its a very very short sighted move, and they are currently playing better, thats it. Its no difference than moving to West Ham now and saying they have better chance of Europe.
 
Forgetting one thing Spurs have got that we haven't....

So a lot of players would leave us to go to them because they want to be in the capital rather than the north.

I don't think he will go there. But lets be honest, apart from having way more money, they have been a better team than us most of the last decade or so. Always basically competing for Europe. Besides,if he goes I think he will leave England.

The season in CL apart, they have been around the same as us, Moyes had us in Europe, and so has Bobby.

We finished 5th last season.

Now unless his ambition is to play in the Europa league slightly more, then its a poor move.

I don't see him going there. Unless he has fallen out with players and Manager and must be dispatched to anyone with best offer. Overseas move more likely for mine.
 
Is it actually on the record that his reason for taking the penalty was because he wanted to show a t-shirt in tribute to Junior Malanda? I could not find any reports on the internet which confirmed this.
