Always thought this would actually be a good social experiment..
Everton just for a friendly, opens the formation and players up to Everton fans, and which ever formation and set of players gets the highest votes gets practiced for one pre season week and sent out against similar quality opposition.
Watched a program on swarm mentality last night, and they asked a crowd to decide individually to just have a guess how heavy a cow was, and they compared that to the guess of an expert (not sure what he did.. an expert cow weight guesser or something).. Crowd average was actually closer than the experts despite some laughable guesses.
To be honest, there's a lot to be said about a crowd making decisions.
Im quite confident I would have won the league with our current squad, no question at all in my mind.
We would currently be 10 points clear of everybody.
With 3 games in hand.
My team would be called "The Winners".
If we were, I'd fly a banner over Goodison saying: 'Enough is enough, Everton crowd out!'

Mirallas got the same treatment as Berahino for WBA - for some reasons both played much less than they should have -
Deulefeu is getting into that league slowly but surely -
All 3 are much better players and deserved much more game time than they got this season due to issues
All 3 should go to other teams under new managers to get more game time next season - i just hate seeing good talent wasted

Considering he said he'd never play for the club again, I'd say he's done pretty well.
Mirallas suits some games. He doesn't suit others.
He's not always performed well when used and he's had injuries and a stupid red card, combined with other players having been in good form. There's your reasons.

You have been watching this season right? How for most of his starts Del has been blowing hard around the 60-65 min mark much the same way he used to in his first spell? He's not being mistreated, its called smart management. Same thing happened in that spell and at Sevilla, for all his obvious quality he still doesn't have the conditioning to play a full 90 mins week in week out the same way a Barkley, Stones or Lukaku do
I don't think we have enough players who rob penalties from their teammates and talk about moving to bigger clubs every year. This is the kind of hero Everton needs
Certainly wouldn't have wrecked two seasons playing that utter charlatan in goal...
