Too selfish and frankly isn't that great. Could buy a younger, more skilled and most likely more hungry to play player for less. Never was much of a team player and things like today prove that. If he had used his head knowing he didn't need to challenge for the ball in that position he would have saved his teammates and himself unneeded pressure and criticism.

I would be sad to see Mirallas go - he is a good player but a badly managed naughty boy - in the Suarez way
For his sake he should go as soon as possible to a team where he can get more playing time and where he does not have to prove himself after 3 good seasons - with a manager motivating him more effectively than Martinez managed to do.
