But if we're being honest Mirallas is better/more effective than both. If handled well this season I could've seen him slotting around 15 goals.

He's one of our best players and he might as well have not been here for the past 12 months. Whoever you want to blame it's a sorry mess.

i just decide to keep an open mind, i don't know anything that's gone on. He's said or done something behind closed doors obviously because he is our most talented winger, but the boss is the boss for a reason. but the other two have taken chances when given them and we've obtained better results and have a better structure when cleverley seems to be on the right. he does do silly things every now and then ... i still love him.

I think Deulofeu is the better player and also links well with Lukaku.

Mirellas is another Martinez conundrum, he appears to have skill to burn but does not seen to want to apply it at Everton. Normally I would say that it is up to the manager to apply his man management skills a sort out any problems so that the team benefits.
I do not automatically blame Martinez for not getting the best out of Mirellas, there are just some situations you can't sort, this could be one of them. My criticisms are of how Martinez handled Mirellas during the summer transfer window. He could have been sold and the money used to bring someone productive in. They appeared to patch things up and all looked rosy to the outside world. That is where the fault lies. We now have devaluing asset, he can't command a starting place on a bottom half side and he appears to have attitude problems. Not great traits for any potential buyer. I accept he had these problems in the summer but I feel the situation has escalated somewhat.
Now if we were to change the manager and style of play would Mirellas knuckle down and start performing again.
Can't see how he can remain at the club if the manager stays. I don't say this is a reason to get rid of Martinez but it might just be a hidden bonus.

I would play him against Palace along with Besic and anyone else who might harbour a desire to get a surprise call up fir the cup semi final. Let them have a right go at Palace. At least show some desire to do well.
