I'm sure that they have, everyone is too quick to listen to the media and what they say about deals. Just because they caught whiff of the Toure deal in the past week it doesn't mean that's exactly when it happened. Take Danjuma for example, we have clearly been keeping tabs on him since Jan.

I know we like to be doom and gloom but I believe them and agree that it's better to sign nobody than sign someone like Rondon who is absolutely naff and then be left trying to offload them for a year or two.
What nearly cost us our top flight existence isn't Thelwell. It's 3+ years of negligence by the club.

It's probably a good book for you since your reading comprehension isn't the best.
Just because there is someone better than Rondon it doesn't mean that they're available or interested. We are incredibly limited due to a mixture of funds and status as a club.
