I think it's hard to know what we can expect from Danjuma because when you look at his career it's just one good season so if we get the guy who scored half a dozen goals in the Champions League then we're laughing but if you take that season out then you wouldn't want to put money on him getting anywhere near the amount Richarlison used to get when he was here.

Ah yes but you’re simply looking at goal numbers on Wikipedia here and nothing else. If we just look at that then actually Richarlison’s scoring record across his whole career really isn’t impressive whatsoever either. He’s also never done it at the highest level as opposed to Danjuma’s 1 season doing it at that level. I don’t count scoring some goals against Bolivia for Brazil in qualifying as the highest level.

Well yes I am but what are you looking at that makes you an authority on it then? Are you one of them who claims they've been watching him since he was in the Dutch second division and saw his potential years ago or are you just looking at the same figures as me and seeing something that isn't there? I haven't seen Danjuma much and because of that I don't know how likely he is to find that form of a few years ago again but it's true to say he's only ever had one good season of scoring at the top level so I don't think it's something we can take for granted. You said he's certainly capable of matching Richarlison's goals for us but Richarlison scored 13 league goals for us two seasons in a row and Danjuma's best goal scoring season in a top division is 10 so you must have seen him play a lot to decide that because his record doesn't support it. I want to make it clear I'm not saying Danjuma isn't good only what I said at first which is it's hard to know what we can expect from him.
