If he signs a striker and Gnonto, then he will have done a very very good job trading in a terribly complicated environment.

Think he gets a rough run amongst the supporters who are entirely contradictory in their summary of the state of the Club. The same people bemoan the way in which Moshiri/Kenwright have run the Club into the ground, and at the same time crack into Thelwell because he isn't 'doing enough'.

He can only play with the hand he is dealt with, and the Chairman and majority owner have removed all cards from the deck except the lowly 3s and 4s.

Pretty much so.
Surely in that profession you are wired and taught that this sort of thing will happen!
Surely they learn that in context no stable human being is going to write the over the top stuff that gets written! (When i mean over the top....i mean personal and abusive).
