If he presented players to the manager, and Moyes turned them down and disagreed, then it's difficult to see how he remains in position for much longer.
Seems pretty clear that the goal is to get to the Summer in the PL.
There's no value in the January window.
Moyes wont sign anyone for the sake of it.
Broja was a screw up but overall we got a midfielder in, got a prospect nailed down and are looking good on the pitch.
If Thelwell can get us to summer in the PL having thinned and improved the squad and navigated his way through the PSR mess, thats a huge achievement.
Dyche was a fraud, Thelwell not so much.
He also strikes me as the kind of DoF who could work well with Moyes, I doubt there are many of them about.

The real question is why he presenting players who aren’t good enough to Moyes? Moyes is a decent judge of player and a pragmatic bloke so if he’s rejecting months of research out of hand then there’s obviously something wrong with the targets being drawn up.
The highlights vid of Nuamah was awful, and I’ve not seen any other club jump in for him.
