Bet Dave rubbed his hands together at this announcement. More agenda fodder.

Unsworth played him. Are you suggesting Unsworth would loan this lad out now after this summer's evidence? That he's coaching these lads to perfection so they can go to a hoofball league and have seven bells hacked out of them and watch the ball sail over their heads? He didn't. Didn't need it. Proved it in training to Koeman and Unsworth, but he was the better player when given a chance at the higher level - Unsworth as interim boss - vs Norwich.
No mate from watching them both at same stages....with a load of PL games under his belt, I wonder why that is?
He's too good for the U23's now. Unsworth has done his job and he isn't getting in to our midfield any time soon.So it is the logical thing for him to move up a level.Championship regular football is the best option.
I can think of a far more logical solution. He's too good for the U23's now. Unsworth has done his job and he isn't getting in to our midfield any time soon.So it is the logical thing for him to move up a level.Championship regular football is the best option.
And if that call never comes? They're not all the same. Talented kids get loaned out by every club all the time....better to play for the first team when called on...like...erm...Davies last season, no?

I dont know if that's true or not, but he isn't going to be playing them he's playing for them in an agricultural league.Nowt better than a bit of game time though Dave. And they're a good club with a high pedigree. Coulda been much worse for the kid. Like for instance, sitting on our bench, or playing Liverpoo reserves in the U23's league which he's already done. Championship is defo a step up. Ask any ex pro and they'll tell ya it's a tough league to get out of, but some good quality football. Some awfulness too I agree, but the kid has to learn.
Different era. Different club with a lot of stars ahead of him.
I dont expect to see this lad in Everton blue again. He'll either be crocked or sold unless Koeman is sacked.

Erm , because he was judged to be a player who possibly already had what it takes to compete in the big league?, and you know what ? , they were absolutely right....with a load of PL games under his belt, I wonder why that is?
"Gives the kids a chance".Well done to the Ronk and Rhino; send the kid out and see if he's man enough to handle real football
Another excellent decision from the management team
