He didn't. Didn't need it. Proved it in training to Koeman and Unsworth, but he was the better player when given a chance at the higher level - Unsworth as interim boss - vs Norwich.
Unsworth played him. Are you suggesting Unsworth would loan this lad out now after this summer's evidence? That he's coaching these lads to perfection so they can go to a hoofball league and have seven bells hacked out of them and watch the ball sail over their heads?

He's too good for the U23's now. Unsworth has done his job and he isn't getting in to our midfield any time soon.So it is the logical thing for him to move up a level.Championship regular football is the best option.

No, surely you know we should keep him as he has come through the under 23's and you know Koeman doesn't give the kids a chance or judge them on ability, being clueless and all.

People creaming their kex because he scored a couple of goals in pre-season. I saw Danny Cadamarteri score a corker in a derby once, strangely though he didn't go on to become a world beater, who'd have thunk it?

I can think of a far more logical solution.

Yes, he's unsworths player. So that'll be in conjunction with Walsh and Koeman to see how develops and if he can progress to the first team

Marvellous decision from the management team

Dowell asked to go on loan in January but didn't get his wish because of Unsworth, mentioned it in an interview too with ya boy. *Ahem*

But if you don't believe the nods he made towards your boy:

Nowt better than a bit of game time though Dave. And they're a good club with a high pedigree. Coulda been much worse for the kid. Like for instance, sitting on our bench, or playing Liverpoo reserves in the U23's league which he's already done. Championship is defo a step up. Ask any ex pro and they'll tell ya it's a tough league to get out of, but some good quality football. Some awfulness too I agree, but the kid has to learn.
I dont know if that's true or not, but he isn't going to be playing them he's playing for them in an agricultural league.

Different era. Different club with a lot of stars ahead of him.

I dont expect to see this lad in Everton blue again. He'll either be crocked or sold unless Koeman is sacked.

And very soon dowell will have, sigurdsson, sandro, Rooney all ahead of him for his favoured position.

As of now, Barkley also as no bidders yet.

Ofc if he goes and plays really well on loan you will moan we should have kept him and such, if he struggles you will moan about us harming his development.

For you Dave this is a win win really, allows you to moan whatever the outcome.

As only you seems to be labelling the championship as a hoofball league full of rampaging savages, do you not stop to consider you are doing that silly unfounded rant thing again that you do, or do you have completely zero self awareness?
