2 years leftNewcastle will hardly let him go for free, pretty sure they were rejecting 15m bids in January? Assume he has one year left on his deal so a loan won't be an option.
It's a decent link as even if he's declining he's still miles better than Young and Coleman but I can't see how this works financially unless DCL finally goes the other way but I assume wages are still the issue.
Always reminds me of Ancelotti looking at him with disdain when he didn't have his socks on ready to be substituted, a simpler time.Bring back the days of sidibe not being good enough

Yep and although he was a poor player he's a lot better than what we have nowDo you remember that beauty of a ball he done against Southampton away though (think Richarlison nodded it in) and I think it was him who crossed for DCL to score against Burnley in Ancelotti's 1st game in charge

He has literally ZERO chance of playing for England in 2026.I'm guessing his goal is regular top flight minutes to keep himself in contention for 2026. 2 year deal here might suit all involved provided he's available on the cheap.
Players live in denial. Ashley Young still thinks he can hang at 39. Trippier will be no different. He has literally ZERO chance of playing for England in 2026.
