I thought this was a big pointer. He ran straight to Silva infront of us and you can tell they like each other
Took his goal well and it looked to give him confidence.
However, I think he is a bit panicky and doesn't seem to be the most vocal. A few times yesterday he'd be challenging for a header with one of our own players as well as the opposition when a big shout from him and Digne would be getting out of the way and allowing him to challenge more cleanly. This could also play into the Pickford-Zouma calamity against Spurs. I'm not 100% convinced on him yet but he seems to enjoy playing for Everton.

He’d be a good squad member and maybe even a starter but as has been said Chelsea will want big money

Ampadu is up and coming and pure class but very young
So alongside Rudiger Chelsea will have to play Zouma /Christensen or sign a player and I think Chelsea may go in for Koubailly
If Chelsea sign Koubailly it may convince Zouma that he has no future at Chelsea and he may push for a move.
However Chelsea won’t sell cheap unless Zouma puts the pressure on
He could put in a transfer request , lower the fee and lose his 10% cut and we give him his 10% as a signing on fee
Still think Chelsea will play hardball for a young French international CB with a lot of PL experience

He's got all the tools to be a world class centre back. Would sooner him than Gomes personally.
