Lampard I think would be better than Vitor. from what I can see from Vitor he has only really done well in europe with Porto, which was 10 years ago. I would like to think Lampard has fresher ideas.

Lampard has good contacts in the game, has an eye for a midfielder in his own mould e.g. box to box (see Mason Mount) which us what we are crying out for, would command respect from the players and has learnt from some of the best managers in the world.

Why wouldn't we want him? He was 3 points of City when Chelsea sacked him and in last season and in the quarter finals of the Champions League. Who is to say he wouldn't have won it?...
