Why are you concentrating on those games? Palace, Leeds, Newcastle, Burnley etc are what we need to look at.

Maybe we get a point from Chelsea but Liverpool away is a write off this season.

But if we want to be a mid table team, nevermind a top 6 team, we need a manager that is more or less on equal footing with those chaps, or at the very least know what he is doing. The current top 10, with exception of Wolves (maybe, they doin allright) and Arsenal (I think arteta is a tit but he has some squad), all have good or very good managers. We dont have Rudiger or Kante to bench so I dont think Lampard is good enough to plug the hole we will have if we lose2 of the next 4 games.

Lamps is terrible, last on any list of managers for me. I'd rather we'd have stuck it out with Rafael that appoint him tbh. Anyone that makes that Chelsea team look average will have us going down bottom.
I see no one agrees with me and I hope I get vaulted after we win the double next year!

I’d rather have Lampard, who has spent his whole career in the company of the elite, and who has pretty much helped run their dressing rooms. He will be a lot more comfortable against them than VP.
