Watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation for the umpteenth time on Christmas Eve. My daughter says Clark Griswold reminds her of me. I have have a staple gun too!
Tomorrow at 6pm I'm taking my wife to see The Greatest Showman. I imagine it's worth seeing if only for the music.

The Captain. A fantastic German film (English subtitles) set right at the end of WW2 about a German deserter who impersonates a Officer and the depths he stoops to, to stay safe and free. It's based in real events (which makes the film even better for me) and it's utterly brilliant. It can be watched in either colour or in Black and White as the director intended (I'd recommend watching it that way personally). Captivating and horrifying yet with bizarre humorous moment in the mix, this is a brilliant film. Highly recommended.

Watched 2 today,first one was Aquaman,now Im not a follower of superhero films and who is DC or who is Marvel,but I enjoyed this,it moves at a decent pace and has plenty of action in it
The second one was Apostle,a surprisingly good Netflix film about a cult on an island well worth a watch if you like horror
