Last Film You Watched

Brigsby Bear. On Now TV. Most original film I’ve seen in ages. Only watched it as Mark Hamill is in it, and knew nothing of the plot before watching. Won’t give anything away, but would very much recommend.

Saw The Barkley Marathons (nothing to do with Ross the Rat) on Netflix.

It's a documentary about one of the World's hardest trail run marathon which is over 120 miles and the equivalent of climbing Everest up and down TWICE.

Watched Patton last night, great war film. The opening screen is as good an opening as I've seen for ages.
Not sure how historically accurate it is, I hope it is, his mannerisms are fantastic!!
Two top actors George C Scott and Karl Maden
And Scott was the first actor to decline an Oscar, good on him!

Watched Throne of Blood last night, Kurosawa film based on Macbeth, the costumes and sets looked amazing, good film, classic Kurosawa, but not as good Hidden Fortress IMO which my favorite Kurosawa. Think this was one of the ones FACT showed the week it opened

Watched this last night.

I think you played it down somewhat !!

You have to pass a piss taking exam to enter. Max of 40 competitors. No route markers or food stations. The equivalent of five hilly / forest trail marathons to be completed in 60hrs or you fail.

Fifteen people in twenty five years have completed it, some years no one finishes.

That lad at the end was hallucinating and could hardly stand up, let alone run on the final leg !!

Watched it last night. The bloke who had the slowest time made me laugh, 2 miles in 32 hours
