JOKER.

but lessons have been learned that’s for sure @Gwladysstreetlad
Not sure about this TBH pal. Have you seen the state of the Harley Quinn/Birds of Pray trailer? Seems like its two steps forward with the Joker then five steps back! :(

Its further proof that DC and Warner Bros need to just droop the whole shared universe thing and focus on making great stand-alone movies/triolgy's.

That’s what Joker apparently is. They want it to be the start of DC Black universe.

Well I hope that's the case. Unfortunately DC (really Warner Bros) have a nasty of saying one thing and sometimes starting it then going in a compelty different direction. Trash like the Birds of Pray film don't do much to change peoples perception of them either.

No, I agree. This is basically how I'm treating things so far:

Marvel
DC-crap
DC-Batman/Joker/Watchmen

I like the look of Birds of Prey but I love Black Mask as a villain plus Ewan McGregor is a good actor.

I think Suicide Squad was set up great but Joker HAD to be the main villain instead of the CGI cack they came up with. Personally I think after casting Jared Leto, WB panicked that the Joker backlash and let's face it, he is a poor actor despite his "Oscar Win".

I think The Batman will be good but I just wonder what they will do with Wonder Women 1984 now after the whole Justice League debacle.

Resisted going to see the Joker tonight and went to see Ad Astra.

Brad Pitt heads a mission into space to try and stop his missing astronaut father ( Tommy Lee Jones ) from destroying the earth.

Amazing cinematography, great performance from Pitt, who’s getting better as he gets older.

A real “ thinking “ sci-fi.

Excellent.
Interesting. I like sci-fi, but have been avoiding this as the trailer really didn't sell it to me. Got a £5 Odeon ticket to use this week, so might use it on this.
