Doctor Sleep

Really liked it. Got chills and a huge grin on my face when
we got the recreation of the first shot from The Shining as they were driving towards the hotel and the original theme started playing. So damn awesome.

So.. after the film when driving home I noticed the front of my car were tilting to the left. After a couple of hundred meters I realized my tire was going flat, so naturally I had to stop and change it. In the snow. So now I'm home with frostbite on my hands (not literally, but it was cold for sure), actually feels like I've been a part of The Shining myself. Would do again. 8/10

Decided to watch the fanatic staring John Travolta, i’m a fan of those so bad there good movies. Well it did not disappoint, it is absolutely atrocious. But Travoltas performance is so crazy which made it entertaining throughout. I also burst out laughing at the opening credits when the first thing i saw was ‘Bill Kenwright productions’,

Went and watched Good Liar last night, great acting, which i expected from Helen Mirren and Ian McKellen. I love a good crime thriller, esp one with a little twist but i thought this had too many including a rather unsavory sub plot i thought the film could of done with out, was ok like, i was just a bit disapointted

Twist and sub plot went off the chart...

Knives Out - very good, although could have been a 10 episode drama it felt too short.

The Irishman - might take another viewing to take it all in, but felt like something was missing... can’t put my finger on it, but was a much less dynamic Scorsese film. One last dance for ‘New Hollywood’

Half way through The Irishman.

I have to say, the continuity and editing is absolutely dreadful. I’ve seen 4 glaring errors already.

Other than that, it’s a decent watch.
