Last Film You Watched

Have you ever read 'Firestarter' by Stephen King?

That's what got me about the book. The relationship between the father and the girl (the Firestarter). It moved me to get a bit of dust in my eyes or something gritty. Not sure what it was. The film never captured that, unfortunately.

Never read it, but just looked at it and the reviews and it sounds very good.

Cheers.

I watched the "Wrong Turn" reboot last night. Honestly, not a bad movie, a solid 6.5 or even 7. It has the slightest of nods to the other movies. Really should have been called something else. Could have gone a couple different ways at the end area but, yeah, I quite enjoyed it.
Watched this aswell, thought it was good. Better than expected id give it a 6.7

Cheers, I’ve been looking for something to watch. I was even getting that desperate, that I was looking at the Meg !

Quite enjoyed The Meg.

The plot that there is a massive shark thing from prehistoric times that has never been discovered until something, something etc is a stretch but I was happy to suspend disbelief given it's a big old genre movie but asking me to believe that The Stath's buff and ripped character had spent the last five years bumming round a tropical island doing nothing but drinking beer and looked like that?

Lol.

Just watched it.

Good old fashioned brain dead fun. A 21st century Jaws reboot.

As much as it goes against the grain, I like Jason Statham.

There’s a part of my mind that believes in things like this and Loch Ness which makes these movies more enjoyable.
