That scene was insane. Think there was a bit he stops shooting and gets off the vehicle then promptly gets back on again and shoots for another 5 minutes or something. Crackers film

Then when he's done, he disembowels the commanding officer who was trying to flee with his hunting knife! lol

I know at some point in the film he mutters something like: When pushed to the limit, killing is as easy as breathing.

It should have at least been nominated for one academy award that year...

I dunno... That scene in the forth Rambo when he gets hold of that mounted 50 caliber machine gun and lets rip into that platoon of Burmese soldiers...

Interesting coincidence though... Carl Weathers plays Al, Arnie's buddy in Predator, and he plays Apollo Creed, Sly's boxing buddy in Rocky.

Just a fun factoid to make a weekend of rubbish football results feel a bit better on this somber Sunday evening.

‘The Descendants’ directed by Alexander Payne. I’ve been on a kick of his lately, and while not my favorite of his, I must say it’s a movie that brings up a lot of different emotions. Still very good though.

First time I've watched this since I rented it back when it first came out. Holds up pretty nicely. Some shady bat CGI, but other than that good! 7/10

Prey was a really good movie. Not as good as the original, obviously, but a really worthy addition to it.

Has a simplicity to it like the original which really helps it. Bonus points for having such a cute, cool dog in it and for being able to get in a quality line from the original movie that actually worked!

Seen Ford v Ferrari the other day for the first time. Really enjoyed it. Went in with zero expectations as I couldn't give a toss about auto racing.

Kinda reminded me of Moneyball in that loads of people couldn't give a toss about baseball but really enjoyed that film.

Seen Ford v Ferrari the other day for the first time. Really enjoyed it. Went in with zero expectations as I couldn't give a toss about auto racing.

Kinda reminded me of Moneyball in that loads of people couldn't give a toss about baseball but really enjoyed that film.

Good film that, apparently he nailed the accent.
Have you seen Rush? That a brilliant F1 film.

It's interesting sports films, I.put off watching I Tonya for years because the sport didn't interest me

Good film, loved Jessica Chastain. The unpleasant actor is supposed to be Tobey Maguire irl, I think. Affleck and DiCaprio both involved in the games.

O right interesting, its a fascinating film, i had a bad poker addiction myself about 15 years ago and lost more money then i could afford to lose at the time, its very easy to get hooked on, and very easy to convince yourself you are good at it when in reality your not
