Last Film You Watched

Watched Captain Phillips a couple of nights ago. Wanted to be more interested than I was but thought it was just OK.

Last night I watched 'The day after'. Been fascinated with nucleur war films since watching Threads. This wasn't as good but still a great watch. The attack scenes in these films are immense.

Was a hard watch that one, great piece of cinema even if personally i found it hard to 'enjoy' watching it if that makes sense, can't argue about DDL though, tremendously talented actor

Saw Black Dynamite (@RadioFriendlyUnitShifter suggested it to me a while back, remembered it last night as my flatmates wanted to watch a comedy) last night, for the 2nd or 3rd time. What an amazing film this is, recommend it to everyone who wants nothing more than a lot of lols!

New 300 movie. Not bad, good entertainment, would watch again for Eva Green's tits.

Filmed in Bulgaria, that. *proud*

Wolf of Wall Street 10/10, was boss.
Escape Plan, cheesy flick with Stallone and Arnie, what's not to like?
Hit list, decent B movie to be fair.

watched the croods last night. Decent if tame family movie.

Have anchorman 2 there to watch tonight, been waiting for the other half to watch it with me otherwise she will fume.

Silver Lined Playbook.

Loved it, really good story, some funny moments and kept you engaged in it. Not usually one for dramas but enjoyed this one.

Plus, Jennifer Lawrence. Things I'd do to sniff her hair.

I can see what you mean. I think the problem was the recentness of the event and we all knew what was going to happen in the last hour. That being said I so wanted Abdi to win the Oscar. Loved his performance in that.

I think he's just that good in it, it's captivating.

Watched Anchorman 2 and Need for Speed.

Anchorman was hilarious but there was too much of Brick shouting at things and too many lines starting with "By the..." as in "By the beard of Zeus!"

Need for Speed was basically Fast and Furious with Super Cars, quite good if you like those films.

I watched The Wolf of Wall Street at the weekend, great film. I think DiCaprio is developing into a fantastic actor, his recent performances have been outstanding.
