Where did you see it, as I didn`t think it was out until the end of the month ?
Just finished rewatching the Rob Zombie Halloween. I promised to go into it with an open mind but that opening scene put paid to that.

If you can get it in the cinema, it's meant to be great. I haven't tracked down a HD copy online yet only cam footage.

I read a while back that he was interested in a(nother) remake of the Blob, but think it's been binned.
This is the guy's problem. All he wants to do is pay homage to these shows and movies he loved, but his style, and the cast he insists on using in every single movie aren't compatible with doing it well.
Seen the trailer a while back and thought it looked pretty run of the mill.
Reviews have been really, really good though so definitely will have to check it out.
I live in Toronto, it is ridiculously good, best advice I can give is go in blind, don't look up any reviews etc

Watched the Taking of Deborah Logan, after seeing it on a couple of horror lists on here.
Shockingly bad. A jump scare every minute, lots of characters screaming at each other and a tired, found footage format. Almost worth it for a very funny shot right at the end, which had me laughing quite a lot (think it was meant to be the scary finale). But otherwise, I’d swerve.
