I watched about 4 minutes of Frozen the other day and had to switch it off.

See I did really like Tangled though.

You should definitely give it another chance, I had the same thoughts as you after 5 minutes or so but I kept watching and it is an amazing film.

I've now been a Frozen fan for more than 1 day now and i noticed that I, generally, started to enjoy life much more after first seeing it. Everything is just so...juicy. It's hard to explain, really. Like colours are more vivid, the music more engrossing, and everything just kinda great. It feels like there are two periods in my life now: Before Frozen and After Frozen. I reflect on what was before and it's like past years are just draped in the fog. And new period is crystal clear, like an air in the winter. It's like waking up from a slumber. I enjoy everything much more than before. And this 1 day has been the most productive for me in years. It's like, no mountain is an obstacle.

I'm old school Disney. None of their new films ever match up to the ones of my childhood. Toy Story/Bugs Life etc can never be topped.

Not sure Toy Story and Bugs Life can be classed as old school Disney.

They're hardly Lady and the Tramp or Fantasia!

I thought that when I wrote it, 90's Disney then. I believe that is when Disney was at it's peak; Hocus Pocus, The Pagemaster, Toy Story, Bugs Life, Tarzan. Now they were proper films.
