Last Film You Watched

R.I.P to the James Bond franchise. I've zero faith in Amazon doing anything but ruining the entire thing.
Should have gone to the 'never say never' crew. There's a pun about them finally getting their man. Some of the bond films are excruciating bad, so they'll get a few goes. Writer, director, star. Could a new cold war be the backdrop to an all new Bond?

Slightly hungover today and the weather here is atrocious so the plan today is to lie on the sofa and watch films…. Gonna start with Mufasa first and then it’ll probably be the new Bridget jones movie that my mrs wants to watch

Tomorrow night at 9:15pm on channel 4, likely miss it as possibly out with the chaps and chapettes for the boxing. Hmmm.

Watched this last night. A seasoned FBI investigator tries to infiltrate a hardcore fanatical white power group in the early 80's. Based on actual events. Hardly a date movie but very absorbing and Jude Law does really well - he's actually a very talented actor and this is a great role for him. Worth 2 hours of your time, absolutely.header.webp

Watched The Godfather again last night for about the 200th time….. it’s honestly my favourite film of all time and if it’s on I feel cheated if I don’t watch. Only question I have though is why Sonny doesn’t take a different route to Connie’s house as surely by now he knows he’s gonna get shot on the causeway.
Prefer Godfather 2 personally, but both fantastic movies.

I'm learning Italian so I try to watch as much Italian TV, movies, series as I can. Watched Il traditore about Tommaso Buscetta, first big Mafia guy who collaborated with authorities. Was a bit of a letdown that movie. Much more enjoying the series Il cacciatore about the guys who hunted down the fugitive mafiosi who blew up Falcone and Borsellino.
