It really is, and they're all good in it an' all. It's a weird one, it bombed at the box office, got savaged by the critics, but everyone I know whose seen it has a real soft spot for it. Proper cult classic.

I watched it hoping for good old school sci-fi and got a right 'arl shocker

jason isaacs is always good, but sam neill excels in it

Isaacs said when they'd finished with his gory eviscerated body cast he asked if he could he could take it home but the crew said no. He was pissed right off and moaning to his wife "I mean.. wtf are they gonna do with it!?!"

His wife said " erm..wtf are we gonna do with it??"

So finished of Jekyll and Hyde which had a sad but good ending then followed it up with the WWE Studios film See No Evil which was a fun little slasher and the 1980 classic Prom Night which went for the Halloween approach of silent stalking (apart from the mystery phone calls to the eventual victims) with little to no blood and had a nice twist as to who the killer was right as the film ended

Loving all this talk of Event Horizon, great film. Sam Neill ripping his own eyes out reminded me of my own reaction to watching Jurassic Park 3.
