Last Film You Watched

Passengers. From the mind bending category in Netflix. Was ok, bit slow. Ended up looking at the plot on wiki half way through to see if it was worth watching the end or play xbox. Watched the end but kind of spoiled the twists etc.
 
Watched Chronicle at the cinema last night. was decent but it is a found footage film which wasn't' necessary in my opinion. worth a watch but could easily split opinions.

After all that, I didn't even go the cinema!

My mate was "too tired" to go, he was falling asleep, complaining of how hard he'd worked that day. I was fuming as I was well looking forward to going the cinema, wasted my Wednesday night too. Faggot.
 
Just seen Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

A bit silly at times but it captured my imagination. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would.

Contagion. A film about a deadly pandemic, the fallout and searching for the cure blah blah blah. Not as good as I thought it would be. Maybe it's because I was expecting something awesome based on the great things I'd heard about it but I'm really underwhelmed. May need another watch, like. Winslet saved it a bit by just being fit.

I'm assuming you've seen Kick Ass, but 'Defendor' 2009 is worth checking out as all three are good alternative super-hero movies dude.
 
Watched "The Haunted" last night. 1994 fiilm made in Sussex starring Kate Beckinsale.

Not scary but a good story. Running out of 'spooky' films to watch.

I thought "Super" was good, didn't expect 'that' near the end, really funny, without even trying to be.
 
My Saturday night staying-in-like-a-saddo-with-a-DVD last night was all about 'Let The Right One In".

Stunning. Absolutely superb. A real masterpiece.

I'm going to watch it again tonight. The fact that tonight will be another -20c night with snow piled high here in Kyiv just adds to the atmosphere for me watching it.
