Agreed, I have been tormented with 'BLA' and it was epic sh!te from start to finish, the only redeeming feature was that did actually finish and the pain was over and only scar tissue remained. 'Conan' being grouped in with it means a sure fire steer clear from me.
 
Just watched Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets as I continue my Harry Potter viewings.

Preferred this one a lot more than the first one. Better story. Had me gripped more.

Effing hate spiders and snakes though so won't sleep well tonight FFS.

Oh and Hermionie is getting there. Not quite allowed to say anything yet....
 

Black Swan. Not even going to act like I watched a film about ballet for any other reasons than Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis. Film was weird. Don't know what the fuss was about tbh. The lesbian scene was good, like.

This was pretty much my opinion on that film too.

Got round to watching the fighter last night which I got for Christmas. Great film but 5 stars was a bit much I thought. Anyone seen it?

Yeah, massively overated. Story is ok, all the family are just a bunch of annoying tvvats, fight scenes are laughable. The last one where he floors the guy with the kidney punch? Wtf? Worst fight scene ever. Ever. 3 stars.

Saw the trailer for this ages ago and thought this would be the case. Seemed to me like 300 without all the stuff that made that good.

This, all over. They annoyed me so much, kind of spoiled the film slightly. All round it was a decent film, but no more than 4/5 for me. When films get hyped up so much in the way that The Fighter did, it's quite common to be disappointed. I expected more.
 
I thought BLA was good but I only got about half way through Conan.

The new dude's nowhere near as good as Arnie. He could've been any one of the extras and no one would've noticed him

Christian Bale seems to have cornered the market for annoying tvvats. Some actors act as themselves better I suppose!
