I like him, if your expecting adeep thought provoking film then this isn't the one to watch but it is what it is blood violence bad language give it a go I'm sure you will enjoy it and theres loads of excellent copies floating about

Thought Revenant was decent. Couldn't get into Hateful Eight though, watched for about an hour and they were stuck in that carriage for most of it and the jarg background was doing my head in and found it very boring. Didn't like the style it was shot in either or the costumes, it was all in prestige condition and looked very fake.

Yeah I can see your point Nev, like I said I personally enjoyed both films, revanant being a complete opposite in terms of style and substance but it's all about personal preferences I can't stand Bond films which us sacrilege to some people

I find most of of his films are at watchable but just couldn't get into this, might try again.
 

I dont think anyone expects a "deep thought provoking film" with tarentino...

I dont expect poor dialogue, zero character development, an obvious storyline and basically 160+ minutes of childish nonsense.

It felt like someone had tried to copy Tarentino and failed miserably...

Reviews on IMDB are pretty telling as well, people rating it a 10 "as they love Tarentino" (weird) and others rating it 1-6 mostly which i think are real reviews.

Each to their own...i think if it wasnt tarentino behind it then it would be ranked as a massive failure.
