Last Film You Watched

Watched Zelary last night at the delightful boho Deptford Cinema. Good film. Like many Czech films it's about the war, but well done imo. Think it was up for a best foreign film Oscar when it was made. The guys that run the cinema are Czech so they have a few Czech films on in the next few months.

That looks great.

Went to see Hail Cesar last night and while it's not even remotely close to being historically accurate in it's portrayal of Eddie Mannix it's dam fun. Funny throughout and very funny in some spots, it's just a good silly comedy with some wako off the wall moment's and lot's of cool references to film stars of the pasr. Would definitely see again 7/10

I like it, but I completely understand why people would hate it. Classic modern Terrance Malick, seen a few people describe is as a long perfume advert. Quite funny reading actor interviews, they had no idea what was going on lol

It's like he is filling time before he releases Weightless, which is a bit odd.

Watched it ages ago...bored the heck of me and i kept forwarding it...the indian actress in it looked amazing though....as did that huge mansion with the garden party and i think the host banderas(?)...been so long now and not memorable for me at all.

Not sure of the "message" as there was no obvious plot or story
