Can't praise this film highly enough. The performances alone were worth watching it. Daniel Day-Lewis is probably the best actor alive. I also wish James Spader would star in more movies. However, if you're not into dialogue or interested in the matter, you might struggle with it.

10/10.

Got given this as a birthday present a while back. Still in its cellophane. I'm not especially interested in American history and so, as you say, I'm not sure I'd like it.

I enjoyed it, but if you're not enjoying it an hour in I don't think you'll find much to change your mind on it.

....saw the latest Star War film last night. I'm not into sci-fi but thought it was a decent watch. The character called Fin reminded me of Daniel Sturridge and I kept expecting him to do his silly dance.

I watched it on Sky as well the other day, was a really poor film, weird storyline, and a bit far fetched, it had me scratching my head at times. The 2 fit birds made up a little bit for it though.
